Initiate Your Request
Contact our Customer Care team within 30 days of receiving your order to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.
Ship the Items
Send your return package via a trackable shipping service to our distribution center address provided in your authorization email.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
